Shane Almond was born in 1986 and has often been described as someone with a huge imagination and his head in the clouds, where many of his creations reside. Diagnosed with Asperger's and ADHD, Shane always struggled to find his place in the world, but his goal to be a writer has always fueled him. He made his publishing debut with The Last Child of Asgard: Delta in 2012, and then released a sequel just two years later. He has since pulled these to repurpose into a comic book series, which he hopes to release in the future. Shane has written two children's books in the Nox The Fox Adventures series: a series focusing on social stories helping children with everyday difficulties. He is also an avid comic book fan and he has two stories in Astra and Moon Boy for Moonfall Comics and One Blue Land Comics respectively.
Shane lives in Essex with his partner Jayne-Emma, their amazing children Jake and Hope, their rabbit Honey and dog Benji.
